1806/5 25C Draped Bust Quarter NGC EF40 (CAC)

Holy Smokes!  What a beauty!  It has been FOREVER since I have handled this date in a grade better than VF. So incredibly scarce in better circulated grades and near impossible to obtain with a CAC sticker.  In fact there are only 5 pieces for the grade with the designation.  This coin is so lovely.  Fresh, original, choice surfaces are toned in soft steel gray with fiery orange accents.  Well centered and struck motifs. Happily there are generous amounts of original mint luster still visible. So underrated imo compared to other dates in the series.  A prize for the advanced collector.
