1841-O 50C Liberty Seated Half Dollar PCGS AU55

A cool die cud is forming at the tops of UNIT in UNITED, making this a much scarcer die state.  In fact, it is listed as Rarity--5 in the Bugert book.  Lustrous fields surround sharp motifs and are toned on the obverse in  rosy orange and gold centrally with a lovely ring of navy blue at the border.  The reverse is toned in soft golden orange hues. Bold strike.
