A tough date to find in GEM condition and the 1925-D is the second scarcest Denver mint issue of the 1920s. The depth of the luster is quite intense and the fields are booming with gorgeous eye appeal due to baby blue and honey gold toning highlights. Terrific strike with needle sharp design details, which is unusual for the issue. A couple of faint carbon specks are noted on the obverse. A mind-blowing example of this elusive issue.
