1849-O No Motto Seated Liberty Quarter 25C NGC XF40 (CAC)

Of the scant mintage of 16,000 coins struck for circulation this year, only 13 pieces graded EF-40 at PCGS and NGC combined and a mere 3 are nice enough to receive the coveted "green bean".  This is one of the CAC'd specimens and the coin is certainly worthy of the moniker.  Boldly rendered devices are surrounded by lustrous fields toned in even pearl gray hues.  No unsightly marks, just honest wear throughout.  A prize for the advanced collector.
